It really is easy; just a few simple steps: First, register your details (click the panel below) by opening an account online and login.
You can make payment by Paypal after you register and login; just click the “Make payment/Upgrade” link on the menu. Don't worry if you don't have your own Paypal account because you can use your existing credit or debit card to make the payment to our Paypal account.
After payment, you will be returned to our website, just log back in or go to the vendor homepage where you can create your listing. After you create your listing, click the edit images link and add your property photos. Use the title and description tags, as these will also enable your property to be found in search engine listings.
When listing a property, take into consideration the words that internet search engine users will use to “stumble” across your property listing. They will search by property type, location and may also use the words Estate Agents typically use which you are no doubt familiar with! Our system is designed to show property prices in the local currency. However, sellers and buyers are entirely free to negotiate a price in the currency that is most acceptable to them.

Easy to follow listing instructions: Listing your property can only be done once you have enrolled as a Seller and have purchased a listing package. (Click the button in either the block above or below) Once you have purchased a package you will then see a link called 'Add Listings' in the top box of your Seller Control Panel. - Click the 'Add Listings' link in the Seller Menu
- Select a main image file for uploading (please down sample your picture to no more than 500px wide before uploading - don't worry - it's easy! Take a look at our FAQ page for more help)
- Start to fill out your listing carefully making sure you have something in every box that is marked with a red star *
- The OPSD number will be pre-filled for you - this is the quick reference number for your property.
- The 'Brief Property Address' field is there for you to add a quick property address referrence like: 'Algarve Portugal' or 'Florida America'. Please keep it short.
- We are adding Countries, Provinces and Towns as needed, but if your address area is missing from the lists please add your property with the nearest details and use the link provided to email support for your area to be included. Please give the country, the state/province/county and the city/town you need.
- Specify your property price in the (appropriate) local currency and do not use any punctuation in the price and add the 'currency symbol'. Your price should take this format e.g: 150000.
- Any fields that do not have the correct data will be flagged when you hit the submit listing button.
